1. Who we are
MensHealthTRT is a private men’s health service provided by two pharmacies registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Each pharmacy is the controller of the personal information it collects and holds for the appointments and care it provides:
- Letterbox Pharmacy, GPhC 9012930, 4 Brick Lane, London E1 6RF. Superintendent pharmacist: Girishbhai Manoobhai Patel (GPhC 2025710). Letterbox Pharmacy also operates this website.
- Belsize Priory Pharmacy, GPhC 9013113, Unit 2, 134-143 Belsize Road, London NW6 4BR. Superintendent pharmacist: Amir Adam (GPhC 2070395).
Harley Street TRT is our clinical partner. Where Harley Street TRT provides care to you directly, it is a separate controller and will give you its own privacy information.

2. Information we collect and where it comes from
Information you give us
- Booking details: the details the booking calendar asks for, such as your name and mobile number, and the time you choose.
- Contact details and messages when you phone or email us.
- Health information you share during your consultation, such as symptoms, medical history, medicines and fertility plans.
Information from others
- Blood test results from the laboratory that analyses your sample, if you have a test.
- Clinical information from healthcare professionals involved in your care, such as Harley Street TRT or your GP, where you agree or it is needed for your safety.
Information collected when you use the website
- Technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, which our hosting provider records to deliver and secure the site.
- Your privacy choice, stored in your own browser.
- Usage and advertising measurement, only if you allow it (see section 8).
The ADAM symptom screen runs entirely in your browser. Your answers and result are not sent to us or to anyone else, are not stored, and are gone when you leave or reload the page.
3. How we use your information and our lawful bases
UK data protection law requires a lawful basis for each use. Health information is “special category” data and also needs an additional condition.

5. International transfers
Some suppliers, including Vercel, Google and Meta, are based in or process information in the United States. Where information leaves the UK, it is protected by UK adequacy regulations, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified companies, or by the ICO’s International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum. Contact us for details of the safeguard for a particular supplier.

7. Your rights
You have the right to:

- Erase your information, although we may need to keep clinical records the law requires.
- Restrict how we use your information.
- Object to uses based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time.
- Data portability: receive information you gave us in a reusable format, where we rely on consent or contract.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what happened before. For cookies, use .
Requests are free and we respond within one month, which can be extended by two months for complex requests. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.

8. Cookies and similar technologies
We only use technology that stores or reads information on your device without asking when it is strictly necessary. Everything else stays off until you choose, and rejecting is as easy as accepting. You can change your choice at any time with , also in the website footer.

With analytics or advertising off, Google consent mode is set to deny storage, and no Google or Meta tag is loaded by this website. We never enable advertising personalisation or send user-provided data to Google. If you withdraw permission, we delete the Google and Meta cookies this website can reach and reload the page to stop their scripts.
The booking calendar is provided by XRP Clinical Platform in an embedded frame and the map by OpenFreeMap. Neither sets cookies on this website; both receive your IP address when they load. The booking calendar may also load Google’s tag script to measure bookings.
9. Automated decisions
We do not make decisions about you by automated means alone. The ADAM screen gives general guidance in your browser only. Every clinical decision is made by a qualified professional.
10. Security and confidentiality
The website is served only over encrypted connections. Access to health information is limited to people who need it for your care, who are bound by professional confidentiality. We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards and review them as the service changes.
11. Do you have to give us information?
You need to give booking and health information for us to arrange and provide care safely; without it we cannot offer an appointment. Optional cookies are never required. The service is for adults aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
