Letterbox Pharmacy operates this website. By using the website you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. Information, not a diagnosis
Website content and the ADAM symptom screen are general information. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis or a prescription, and do not replace assessment by a qualified healthcare professional. A questionnaire result does not confirm low testosterone or that TRT is suitable for you.
In an emergency, call 999. For urgent advice, call NHS 111. Do not use this website or wait for an appointment if you need urgent care.
3. Who can use the service
The service is for adults aged 18 or over in the UK. When using the website you must not:
- use it unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that could harm anyone;
- interfere with its security or availability;
- copy, scrape or reuse its content commercially without written permission; or
- give information you know is false, or book on someone else’s behalf without their consent.
4. Booking your free consultation
The first consultation is a free telephone call of about 30 minutes. No payment is taken when you book. Bookings depend on availability and are made through the embedded XRP Clinical Platform calendar. Please give a mobile number we can reach you on, and contact us if you need to rearrange.
Booking does not guarantee testing, treatment or a prescription. Whether something is clinically suitable is decided by a qualified professional after assessment. Before you agree to any paid testing or treatment, we will explain what it involves, what it costs and any terms that apply, including cancellation.
5. Prices and the blood test offer
The in-person blood test costs £119.99. It is available only after your free telephone consultation, by appointment at Brick Lane or Belsize. There is no home kit or delivery.
Current offer: the blood test is £79.99 instead of £119.99 until 11:59 PM (UK time) on 31 October 2026. Clinical suitability and appointment availability still apply. After that time the regular price applies; the website updates automatically.
The costs of any treatment and monitoring depend on your plan and are explained before you agree to them. Prices include VAT where applicable.
6. Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate and available, but medical and service information can change. We may update, suspend or withdraw content when reasonably necessary and do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
7. Other websites
Links to booking providers, maps, regulators, the NHS and other websites are for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they use information. Their own terms and privacy notices apply.
8. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website’s text, design, branding and original content are owned by or licensed to Letterbox Pharmacy. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors.
9. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
So far as the law allows, we are not responsible for loss caused by relying on general website information instead of professional advice, or by events outside our reasonable control.
