2. Information, not a diagnosis
Website content and the ADAM symptom screen are general information. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis, a prescription or a substitute for assessment by a qualified healthcare professional. A questionnaire result does not confirm low testosterone or suitability for TRT.
If you may have a medical emergency, call 999 or seek urgent medical help. Do not use this website to delay care.
3. Eligibility and acceptable use
This service is intended for adults aged 18 or over in the UK. You must not:
- Use the website unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that harms another person.
- Attempt to interfere with the website, its security or its availability.
- Copy, scrape or reuse website content commercially without written permission.
- Provide information you know is false when arranging an appointment or clinical service.
4. Consultations and appointments
The initial telephone consultation is free and requires an appointment. Booking is subject to availability and may use Calendly, a third-party service with its own terms and privacy notice. A booking is not a guarantee of testing, treatment or a prescription.
Clinical suitability is decided by a qualified professional after appropriate assessment. Additional service terms, consent information and costs will be explained before you agree to paid testing or treatment. Any appointment-specific cancellation terms will be shown before booking.
5. Blood-test promotion
The promotional in-person blood-test price is £9.99 instead of £29.99 until 11:59 PM on 31 August 2026. It is available only after a free telephone consultation, by appointment, at 4 Brick Lane, London E1 6RF. There is no home kit or delivery. After the stated deadline, the website automatically returns to the regular price. Availability and clinical suitability still apply.
6. Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care to keep website information accurate and available, but medical and service information can change. We may update, suspend or withdraw website content when reasonably necessary. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.

Links to booking providers, regulators, partners and other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or data practices. Their own terms and notices apply.
